We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.Job Role: Admission Counselor - Tamil SpeakingLocation: NoidaKey Responsibilities:Promptly respond to leads through various communication channelsEngage leads in a consultative manner to understand their career goals and preferencesProvide detailed information about courses, certifications, and benefits to potential studentsCustomize conversations to address specific concerns and objections while highlighting course valuesBuild rapport, and maintain a professional and friendly relationships with potential studentsGuide leads through the enrolment process, and assist in resolving queries related to application, admission, and financial processesMeet and exceed monthly targetsImplement and effective sales strategies to maximize conversion ratesEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in any stream.Proven experience in Inside Sales or Counselling, preferably in the Education sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM software, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
