The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day team activities, ensure timely and accurate workflow, and help maintain a smooth operational process. Key Responsibilities Assist the Team Leader in supervising and coordinating daily logistics operations. Support and guide team members to meet delivery schedules and quality standards. Monitor daily performance, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure targets are achieved. Handle basic reporting and documentation related to dispatch, delivery, and vehicle movement. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients for smooth operations. Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transport, or a related field. Must be able to read, write, and speak Tamil fluently. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / logistics software preferred). Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours when required.
