KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting the retailers and sub distributors frequently and get the order 2. Explain the sales policies and schemes to the retailers and distributors 3. Sending the DSR & weekly tour plan to ASM for approval Identifying and appointing new retailers and distributors Understanding the availability of the product stock at branch / warehouse 6. Brief about the sales collection at weekly meetings / MRM to the BM / RM Ensure the product availability at the dealers for timely delivery Frequent payment follows up get the payment dues EDUCATION Should be a Graduate Experience in driving secondary sales 3. Good communication /Negotiation Good knowledge about the Geographical area assigned 4. Any building material experience (PREFERRED)
