Job Title

Prepare and maintain Production Painting documentation as per project/client guidelines.Conduct blasting and painting quality checks including profile check, salt contamination check, WFT & DFT measurements, and adhesion tests.Perform surface cleanliness checks as per SSPC/NACE standards (e.g., SSPC-SP 10, SP 6).Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including PPE usage, confined space entry, and hot work permits.Maintain accurate records of blasting, painting, and inspection activities.Adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.Identify coating defects (e.g., pinholes, sags, runs) and coordinate touch-ups/rework.Perform abrasive blasting (grit/sand/shot blasting) to prepare metal surfaces.Verify qualifications and certifications of painting and blasting crew.
