You’ll be one of the First Senior Engineers to join Revrag’s core team. This is a hands-on IC role with significant scope for ownership across infrastructure, platform engineering, security, and reliability. You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering manager to:Design and implement high-availability infrastructure for real-time AI voice interactionsBuild and manage scalable Kubernetes-based deployments (cloud + on-prem + private cloud)Set up infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform / PulumiLead the setup of multi-tenant, isolated environments and support for on-prem deploymentDefine and implement observability and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)Drive DevSecOps practices, SOC2/ISO compliance automation, secrets management, access controlArchitect CI/CD pipelines, staging/prod separation, rollout strategies (blue/green, canary)Optimize infra for low-latency, high-throughput use cases, especially around AI inference and media streamingHelp integrate with third-party tools like CRMs or enterprise servicesCollaborate with product and AI engineers to ensure infrastructure supports real-time AI services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, etc.)RequirementsHave 6+ years of experience as a backend/platform/infra/DevOps engineer in high-growth startupsHave experience scaling infra from seed to Series A+, especially with real-time systems, AI/ML infra, or media streamingBuilt and scaled multi-region or multi-tenant architecturesAre hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Docker, Terraform, HelmUnderstand the tradeoffs between performance, cost, and stabilityHave a strong sense of DevOps automation, GitOps practices, and security-first thinkingHave worked in or supported SOC2 / ISO27001 / compliance-sensitive environmentsValue velocity with quality – you know when to move fast, and when to build it rightEnjoy collaborating across AI, product, and design – not just being given specsBonus (Nice to Have)Experience with LiveKit, WebRTC, or media pipelinesExperience with SDK distribution or managing customer integrationsBackground in performance tuning for AI pipelinesFamiliarity with tools like Vault, ArgoCD, Spacelift, etc.What We OfferA high-ownership role at the ground floor of a high-potential AI startupCompetitive compensation with meaningful equityRemote-first culture with flexible hoursThe chance to shape not just infra, but also culture and engineering excellenceDeep collaboration with founders and direct impact on product roadmap
