Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their vehicle's issues, and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs, timelines, and costs. Vehicle Assessment: Conduct initial inspections or perform road tests with the customer to accurately identify mechanical problems. Coordination: Work closely with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure work orders are accurate and necessary parts are ordered and available. Estimates & Billing: Provide detailed, written estimates for parts and labor, and prepare invoices for completed services. Scheduling: Manage and schedule service appointments, keeping customers informed about service status and vehicle readiness. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring a positive experience and high level of satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle service policies, warranty protections, and service procedures for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler models. A strong understanding of automotive mechanics for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Prior experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is often a requirement.
