Position Title: Assistant Manager – Hybrid Seed Production Location: Suratgarh, Rajasthan Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Agriculture) Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in Hybrid Paddy Seed Production Key Responsibilities ● Oversee and manage hybrid paddy seed production activities across Rajasthan state. ● Plan, coordinate, and execute all field operations from sowing to harvesting processes. ● Ensure timely payments and maintain strong relationships with farmers. ● Identify and develop new production areas to enhance production capacity. ● Monitor crop performance, pest and disease management, and ensure quality standards are met. ● Implement and ensure adherence to the company's production SOPs and agronomic practices. ● Lead and guide a team of a minimum of five production officers to achieve production targets. ● Prepare periodic production reports, data summaries, and presentations for management review. Key Skills ● Strong team management and leadership capabilities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Good presentation and reporting skills. ● Sound technical knowledge of hybrid paddy seed production and field operations.
