HR Manager Location:Vadodara, India |Full-Time | On-siteAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-onHR Managerto oversee all human resources operations for our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will havestrong local HR experience , with in-depth knowledge ofIndian labor laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and talent management . This role requires a people-first leader who can balance operational efficiency with a positive and engaging workplace culture.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all core HR functions includingrecruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance . Ensure adherence tolocal statutory requirementssuch as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and labor law regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and coordinate timely hiring with the recruitment team. Lead and implementemployee engagement programs , retention strategies, and performance management processes. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality. Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure compliance and process improvement. Support training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and career growth. Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Minimum of5-7 years of HR experiencewith a strong background inlocal Indian HR operations . Proven experience managing HR inon-site or domestic companies(non-offshore). Strong knowledge of Indianlabor laws and statutory compliance . Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
