Drive SLA adherence for delivery performance, TAT, and customer experience. Ensure process compliance across all hub operations including sorting, scanning, POD, and inventory. Performance Management Analyze KPIs and operational dashboards (delivery success %, cost per shipment, utilization, etc.) and drive performance improvements. Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure cost optimization and productivity improvement across hubs. People & Vendor Management Lead, mentor, and manage Hub Incharges, Supervisors, and ground staff within the cluster. Drive motivation, discipline, and engagement across a diverse workforce. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with central operations, business teams, and clients to resolve operational challenges. Provide regular updates on cluster performance to regional leadership. Who You Are 3+years of experience in last-mile logistics / e-commerce operations / supply chain. Proven track record of managing multi-hub operations at scale Strong data orientation: able to work with dashboards, KPIs, and process metrics. Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage large teams and vendors in high-pressure environments. Execution-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Nice to Have Experience in logistics players Hands-on with operational tech platforms, rider apps, and last-mile automation tools.
