We're Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer @ Talink Location:Chandigarh, India (preferred) | Remote (India) Type:Full-time | Permanent Talinkis a fast-growing tech services company helping global clients across industries—from energy to healthcare—build scalable, secure, and innovative software products. We’re on the lookout for aSenior Quality Engineerwho’s passionate about delivering bulletproof software, building reliable test automation, and championing quality at every stage of the SDLC.️ What You'll Do Own test strategy, planning, and execution across complex platforms and projects. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Validate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end business scenarios across D365 modules. Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to identify and troubleshoot defects early in the lifecycle. Ensure test coverage for customizations, configurations, and integrations within D365 ecosystem. Maintain test documentation and track defects through tools like JIRA and X-Ray. Participate in sprint planning and drive test automation and continuous testing initiatives. Ensure high-quality delivery through proactive risk identification and mitigation.✅ You Bring 3–7 yearsof hands-on QA experience, with at least2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing. Solid understanding of CRM modules, workflows, entities, business rules, and plug-ins. Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Strong knowledge ofSDLC ,STLC , andAgile methodologies. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and scripts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.✅ Nice to Have Experience withJIRA ,Confluence , andX-Rayfor test management. Exposure to building robustautomated test frameworks(UI, API, integration) using tools such asSelenium ,Playwright , orCypress. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
