The ideal candidate will hold a valid Bar License and have hands-on experience in managing criminal cases, drafting legal documents, and representing clients or the organization in court proceedings.️ Key Responsibilities: Assist senior legal counsel in handling criminal litigation matters including fraud, theft, cybercrime, and regulatory violations. Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, affidavits, petitions, and case summaries. Represent the organization in criminal proceedings before courts and law enforcement agencies. Coordinate with external legal counsel, investigators, and regulatory bodies. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies aligned with current laws and precedents.
