Job Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all travel arrangements, guidelines and budgets in order to ensure efficient & risk free corporate travel - Negotiate contracts with travel service providers and hospitality chains/ hotels/ service apartments - Suggest improvements and innovation in travel programs - Ensure compliance with different relevant travel policies and procedures - Ability to book charters and helicopters for senior executive travel and coordinate all aspects of the same including meet and greet, cabs as well as hotel bookings at destinations - Detailed knowledge of Forex, Visa and passport regulations and processes toobtain/ renew the same - Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spends - Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical insurance and legal forms.Key Qualification & Skills Required:- A bachelor's degree in tourism or similar diploma, travel or hospitality - In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations and means of travel to these locations - Booking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications. - Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of Geography.Experience Required:A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the travel industry, along with a 2-3years supervisory experience may be preferred.Software/Tools/Systems Exposure:MS Office, Google Docs and GDS solutions
