Campaign Lifecycle:Develop, launch, and meticulously manage paid media campaigns from initial setup and audience targeting to creative rotation and bidding strategy across global markets. A/B Testing:Design and execute structured tests (audience, creative, landing page, bidding strategy) to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Analysis & Optimization Performance Monitoring:Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign data daily, identifying underperforming segments and quickly reallocating spend to maximize efficiency and scale. Creative Feedback:Work directly with the distributed Creative team to provide data-backed feedback on ad performance, guiding the development of high-converting assets. Tracking Fluency:Ensure flawless conversion tracking setup (including CAPI/Conversions API implementation) and leverage advanced attribution models to accurately measure channel effectiveness. Collaboration & Guidance Cross-Department Alignment:Partner with the Sales and CRM teams virtually to ensure seamless lead qualification, tracking, and post-conversion success is integrated into media buying strategy. Vendor Management:Manage platform representatives (e.g., Google/Meta account managers) to pilot new products, secure early access to betas, and maximize platform support. Reporting:Present complex performance data and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leadership and marketing stakeholders using virtual tools. RequirementsProven Experience:4+ yearsof hands-on experience in a dedicated performance marketing/media buying role, managing large-scale budgets across multiple ad platforms simultaneously.Technical Proficiency:Deep working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and the interplay between media platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Tool Mastery:Advanced proficiency withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheetsfor pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
