Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Simdega. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting Mindora's education programs, and providing detailed information to prospective clients. This role requires the sales associate to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and gather market feedback. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation Ability to understand and effectively promote educational programs Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
