Job Description

Key Responsibilities Staff Management: Recruit, train, guide, and supervise technicians, service advisors, and other support staff. Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance, while maintaining high-quality standards. Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Inventory and Parts: Monitor and manage parts inventory, including ordering and overseeing the organization of the parts department. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects, such as controlling expenses, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements, to ensure profitability. Essential Skills and Qualifications Leadership: Strong supervisory and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team. Technical Proficiency: Sound understanding of automotive procedures, parts, and technical advancements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
