This role requires on-ground sales execution, territory development, and relationship management across multiple states in the region. Primary Title:B2B Field Sales Executive About The OpportunityJoin a distribution partner operating across the North-East to promote and sell fashion product portfolios to businesses, retailers and institutional buyers. This on-site field role covers assigned districts in Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh with clear daily targets, travel allowances and performance incentives. Role & Responsibilities Execute B2B field sales in assigned territories: identify prospects, book orders, and close deals with retailers, boutiques, and institutional buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new accounts to expand market reach. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and convert pipeline into delivered orders. Capture and report market feedback, competitor activity, and product performance to inform merchandising and assortment decisions. Manage order documentation, delivery coordination and basic invoicing in coordination with the back-office team. Plan daily routes and ensure timely customer visits—maintain compliant records of visits and sales using the assigned CRM or mobile reporting tool. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have B2B sales Field sales Territory management Key account management Negotiation CRM (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot) Preferred Knowledge of North-East regional markets and local languages Retail merchandising or visual merchandising experience Experience handling order-to-delivery processes in distribution or retail supply chains Compensation & Working Details Salary: 7,000 6,000 per month (Note: displayed salary band in requirement: 7,000 6,000?)
