My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Head to lead the operations of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The position involves full ownership of academic, administrative, and operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the centre in line with my client standards and the client institutes objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the ITI centres academic and administrative functions. Manage daily operations including faculty, instructors, and support staff. Ensure high-quality academic delivery, adherence to curriculum, and compliance with industry standards. Drive student admissions, training effectiveness, and placement outcomes. Develop strong partnerships with local industries for training and placement opportunities. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and audit readiness. Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and ensure financial discipline at the centre. Act as the key liaison between client & client institute, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Candidate Profile Education: Graduate/Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Automobile Engineering. Experience: 1015 years in academic/centre management, preferably in ITI, Polytechnic, or skill development institutions. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven ability to manage academic operations and build stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with government skill development schemes and training compliance will be an added advantage.
