Role & responsibilities Divisional Manager will handle 1 BM unit + 1 Direct Unit of 8 RDMs. Able to Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of Team Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors Implement business hygiene & rigorously focus on skill building of team Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of KLI Preferred candidate profile Graduate with min 10 years of experience in Agency Sales (5+ years in Men Management) MBA or certification from III would be preferred Good in Men Management and able to drive team towards organization goal Learning agile Good in collaborating with other functions Able to maintain Sales Discipline Should have drive for result Good in domain knowledge and market understanding
