Role & responsibilities Maintaining growth and profitability of the assigned geography as per the quality standards of the organization Business Management that includes Process Management, Portfolio Quality, Productivity Management, Profitability Management, Customer Satisfaction, Operation Management, Staff Management, External Communications and Relations Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining all the customers Routine surprise visits to Centre Meetings and Branches and also in case of issues which cannot be resolved by Branch Manager Conduct the Recruitment for Field Staff Conduct survey for opening of New Branches Maintaining consistent Audit Grading of the Area that reflects on the control over operations by ensuring process adherence and timely member services. Build the team and manage the business and various initiatives in the allocated geography. Closely work with the StateHead / Product Head to develop appropriate structure and processes to efficiently deliver the set goals Deliver the committedfinancial and non-financial targets which includes but not limited to monitoring the teams, driving the growth and managing the process andperformance Identify the training needs and ensure delivery through proper source Good knowledge of the local market
