Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, IP, and hardware issues. Install, configure, and update systems and applications. Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, hubs, and servers. Support and maintain optical fiber connectivity. Document issues and provide timely resolutions. Requirements Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, and system updates. Strong understanding of switches, routers, hubs, and fiber optics. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
