Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Relationship Officer located in Mumbai. The Personal Relationship Officer will manage day-to-day client interactions, maintain business relationships, handle finance-related inquiries, and provide high-level customer service,addressing their needs and concerns, case reporting and documentation and research and information gathering and also ensuring client satisfaction with our comprehensive risk management services. Qualifications Business Relationship Management skills Finance skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service Customer Service skills Strong Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Bachelor’s degree in any field Report Writing skills Experience in the private investigation or related sectors is a plus Proficiency in using modern office technology and software Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Relevant experience in a similar role
