HR Records Management: Update and maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. Policy and Compliance Support: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to organizational and legal standards. Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Research and Development: Conduct research on local employment trends, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices to contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
