Customer Service Associate | US Healthcare Voice Support | Hiring Urgently Job Role: Customer Service Associate Process: International Inbound Voice Process Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift | 5 Days Working Eligibility: 1 to 3 years Experience in US Voice Process | Healthcare experience is added advantage Call Amol - Job Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Handle inbound calls from international customers with empathy and professionalism.  2.⁠ ⁠Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information about healthcare services.  3.⁠ ⁠Resolve queries efficiently using CRM software and internal knowledge bases.  4.⁠ ⁠Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.  5.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.  6.⁠ ⁠Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards. 7.⁠ ⁠Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
