Company Description Unwind Hotels is a beachfront hotel located on the lighthouse beachfront in kovalam,Trivandrum with 15 guest rooms.Kovalam Lighthouse Beach is well known globally as a wellness and leisure destination.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Housekeeping Assistant. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including performing laundry duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves communicating effectively with clients and team members and may include training new staff.Qualifications Proficiency in housekeeping and facility upkeep. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in training others Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
