Troubleshoot across platforms Windows, Android, iOS. Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype. Handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/security troubleshooting. Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models. Your Toolkit: Intermediate knowledge of OS, browsers, and MS Office Suite. Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
