Required Qualification :MBA in any Degree Experience :      GM : 18-22 Years DGM : 15-18 Years AGM : 12+ Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an GM/DGM/AGMOperations - FPS/MEP at Aegis Automation India Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation projects, and leading a team of professionals. The role also requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Experience in Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations end-to-end Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Core responsibilities Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to align with company objectives. Operational oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day activities across all operational functions to ensure efficiency and productivity. Financial management: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to ensure profitability. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment. Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on operational and financial performance. Compliance and quality: Ensure operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols. 1. Manpower management: Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets. Manage Manpower Utilization on Daily Basis. Manage work assignments and allocation for staff. Coordinate with the Project manager & team leaders for project status reports Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback to staff Provide operational support and guidance to staff. 2. Implement efficient processes and standards Design policies that align with the overall strategy Oversee the implementation of operations throughout the organization Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities. Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions. 3. Coordinating with clients to ensure customer retention Build strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors & partners. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts 4. Budgeting Monitor and control expenses according to allotted budget. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits. 5. Project Tracker Make sure that the project tracker is filled with the latest ongoing projects and keep an eye on every stage so that the projects run smoothly.
