The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between students and industry, ensuring robust placement opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive placement strategies to enhance student employability. - Liaise and build long-term relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry stakeholders to secure placement opportunities. - Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, internships, and career counseling sessions. - Guide and prepare students for placements through workshops, mock interviews, resume building, and skill development programs. - Maintain detailed records of placement activities, student profiles, and recruiter feedback. - Collaborate with academic departments to align skill development initiatives with industry requirements. - Monitor and analyze placement trends and prepare periodic reports for university management. - Address student queries and provide continuous support during the placement process.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) in placement management, campus recruitment, or career counseling, preferably in an academic environment. - Strong network within industries and corporate sectors is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively. - Proficient in MS Office and placement management software/tools.Skills & Attributes:- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proactive and innovative mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
