The General Manager Sales will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the sales team, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Key tasks include managing and analyzing market trends, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with other departments, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Customer SatisfactionStrong skills in General Management and Team ManagementAbility to provide excellent Customer ServiceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plusExperience in the ferro silicon industry or related sectors is a plusFamiliarity with the UAE and EU markets is preferredPRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FERRO SILICON SALES IS MANDATORYSalary - as per Industry Standards
