The DMC Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing and coordinating destination management company operations, developing travel packages, creating itineraries for clients, building relationships with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The DMC Specialist will also handle logistics, liaise with travel agents, and oversee booking processes. Qualifications Experience in Travel and Tourism management Knowledge of local and international destinations Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of booking systems and travel software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
