Position: General Manager – Operations Location: Hyderabad Hospital Size: 800+ Beds Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in Hospital Operations Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospital departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric functioning. Drive business growth and OP footfall , ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic plans, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives. Monitor key KPIs related to patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and departmental performance. Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and support teams to enhance hospital efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality, accreditation, and safety standards. Work with the management team to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum 10–12 years of experience in operations management at a 500+ bedded multispecialty hospital. Proven track record of business development and improving OPD inflow.
