This would contribute to growing your learning and professional landscape. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the dining area is fully set up, stocked, and prepared on time as per SOPs. Lead the table preparation, including silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials. Oversee menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredients, and dietary accommodations. Maintain and restock service stations with necessary items like cutlery, condiments, and tableware. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, including signature dishes and recommended pairings. Ensure adherence to grooming and uniform standards in line with company policies. Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to enhance the guest experience. Proactively suggest menu items and pairings to guests, ensuring an engaging dining experience. Stay updated on seasonal menu changes and promote new dishes to keep the guest experience fresh and exciting. Pre-requisites: A hotel management graduate is a plus. 0-3 years of work experience in similar roles. Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.
