The Location Host is tasked with managing the villas on one hand and on the other the guests experience during their stay in our properties in Tiruvannamalai. Location base for the Location Host: Tiruvannamalai Experience & Qualifications: • A background in hospitality, travel or tourism sectors would be an advantage. • Extremely good English (spoken and written skills). • Good spoken Tamil skills. • An orientation to details and problem solving • A two wheeler for moving between the properties • A bonus would be ability to use word, excel . Responsibilities As a Location Host you will need to: • Familiarize yourself with the properties in our portfolio in the region. • Build relationships with the staff in each villa and oversee and guide them as needed. • Ensure the properties are well maintained at all times and escalate any gaps to the Ops team immediately who in turn will work with the property owners to get them sorted. • Coordinate with Sales and Ops team to keep track of guests arrivals and departures. • Ensure the villa is ready for guests before their arrival. • Stock up the property provisions as per guidelines. • Coordinate with the LUX team for stocking and provisioning during guest stay. • Coordinate with the property staff for any services that guests may want (example meals etc) • Manage guests’ experiences – coordinate, and communicate as needed during the guests stay. (For example : Restaurant bookings, experiences, in villa experiences coordination etc) • Meet the guests at departure and handle all extras payments. • Audit the property to ensure there is no damage to the villa on guest departure. • On an ongoing basis visit all property (in an unplanned manner) to audit the staff and check on property maintenance.
