Role Overview The Manager on Duty (MOD) / Night Supervisor will oversee all hospital operations during evening or night shifts, ensuring continuity of services, patient care, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Monitor hospital operations, patient admissions, and emergency handling. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for service delivery. Ensure safety, security, and proper documentation during the shift. Address patient complaints and escalate critical issues to management. Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities and incidents. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Hospital Administration or relevant field. 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations or administration.
