You’ll be reaching out to potentialbrands and corporate partnerswho want to promote their businesses at large-scale events across North America. Your job is to connect, pitch, and close — by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and building long-term brand partnerships.Key Responsibilities Reach out to potentialbrands, corporate clients, and marketing headsto offer sponsorship or partnership opportunities at our major events. Make60–70 calls per day(cold and warm outreach) to generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and follow-ups to close partnership deals. Work with the internal events and marketing teams to customize sponsorship packages for clients. Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline updates, and activity reports in the CRM. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about upcoming events, sponsorship trends, and North American market dynamics. Represent Millennial Events in a professional and persuasive manner on every call or meeting.✅ Required Qualifications Gujarati-speaking candidate (mandatory). 2–6 yearsof proven experience inB2B or inside sales(marketing, media, events, or advertising background preferred). Strongcommunication and presentation skills— fluent in English (spoken and written). Experience makinghigh-volume outbound calls (60+ per day Minimum)to business clients. Demonstrated ability toclose deals , meet sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline. Highlyenergetic, confident, and self-motivatedpersonality with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and thrive in afast-paced, performance-driven environment.
