Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities - • Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector. • Present, demo, and promote Unifo’s SaaS solutions to potential customers. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management. • Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. • Support in competitive analysis, pricing intelligence, and product benchmarking to strengthen the sales pitch. • Work with Customer Success teams to enhance new customer onboarding experience and ensure seamless adoption. • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting. • Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve feature adoption. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of the customs and logistics domain. • Proven experience in SaaS product sales or experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage is of advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
