Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media Manager who goes beyond simply posting content. The ideal candidate understands how platform trends, content formats, and user engagement contribute to brand equity, cultural relevance, and even revenue impact. The role demands strategic execution, creativity, and platform fluency - alongside a strong understanding of what it means to stay on brand. What You’ll Work On Build and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate and publish carousels, reels, and stories on a daily to bi-weekly basis, depending on the brand Maintain publishing hygiene, including timing, hashtags, tagging, and visual consistency Track trends, formats, and audio relevant to youth culture, internet behavior, and the food/hospitality landscape Identify meme-worthy or moment-marketing opportunities that can align with our brands Engage with the audience by replying to DMs, comments, reviews, and tags in the brand voice Drive community interactions through polls, quizzes, and user-generated content Prepare weekly insights reports tracking reach, saves, shares, and top-performing formats Test and compare performance across content formats (reels vs. carousels vs. memes) to optimize based on engagement Who You Are Minimum 3 years of relevant experience managing brand social media Informed about current internet culture, trend cycles, and content strategy Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and creative instincts Capable of writing copy that reflects brand personality while driving engagement Comfortable using analytics to guide content decisions and optimizations Why Work With Us Work across some of the most dynamic brands in the F&B Lead trend-forward content strategy that directly impacts brand growth Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and strategists in a fast-paced, idea-first culture Autonomy to experiment, innovate, and build your own playbook
