Rank : Master Mariner Report to General Manager -Environment Function The EEn Superintendent is responsible for:  Supporting shipboard staff for Environmental/Emission related compliance on board assigned vessels The EEn Superintendent is accountable for:  Monitoring EEn targets within the scope of the technical management operations  Ensuring timely closeup of Environmental audit observations  Follow up on incidents and liaison with the fleets to evaluate the need to introduce new schedule or /and amend existing jobs in the PMS system (Enviro /Emission related) KPIs  Monitor environmental and energy/Emission Targets and Performance of assigned vessels.  Monitor overdue status of PMS standard jobs covering HSEQ aspects.  Timely closure of Internal Environment audit observations. Tasks Tasks shall include but not be limited to:  Assist GM- Environment for operating and maintaining the EMS.  Providing support to vessels on all environmental & energy related issues.  Review of Environmental documentation and records of assigned vessels  Suggest amendments to the HSQEEn manual basis the requirements/feedback.  Briefing Vessel Senior Management about company specific procedures prior joining.  Preparation, presentation & participation in various crew seminars, training workshops & industry forums.  Conducting the Company’s Induction training to the newly inducted seafarers.  Preparing of technical and environmental bulletin.  Liaise with technical team for closure of Internal Environmental Audit Observations  Investigating incidents and verifying close out of Corrective Action Reports and WOs in liaison with the Fleets.  Routine ship visits for Environment & Technical/Marine inspections as required.  Assist in effective close out of Technical(Enviro related) vetting deficiencies  Collate and report vessel energy performance
