The ideal candidate thrives in a creative environment, balancing technical expertise with artistic vision, and can independently manage photography, videography, and complete post-production workflows. Key Responsibilities : • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and videography content across multiple formats. • Handle end-to-end post-production including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final editing. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual content aligned with brand aesthetics and project goals. • Manage equipment, studio setups, lighting, and on-location shoots effectively. • Ensure all final content meets quality standards, deadlines, and brand guidelines. Skills & Competencies: • Professional proficiency in DSLR/ mirrorless photography, lighting setups, and video equipment. • Strong expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). • Skilled in photo editing and retouching tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). • Understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished outputs. • Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
