Highlight of the engagement opportunity Nature of role: Full time internship (6-12 months) with option to convert Number of years of experience expected: 0-2 years Areas of past experience preferred: Quantitative modelling, Risk Management Educational qualification expected: Graduate/ Pursuing graduation Additional qualifications/ certifications required: None Minimum actuarial papers: Actuary certifications / degrees Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Application experience preferable: Python, Advanced excel, PowerPoint Location: Mumbai, Goa Key responsibility areas: Work with engagement teams to deliver on following functionalities on our proprietary application suite for Balance Sheet Management: 1.Asset Liability Management (ALM) terest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) 3.Behavioral Modelling 4.Pillar 1 Risks (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk) 5.Pillar 2 Risks (ICAAP) 6.Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) 7.Profitability Analysis Understand client requirements and support during preparation of BRD, FSD documentation. Build python and excel models on risk analysis to validate models and assist with client user acceptance testing. Validate cashflow, valuation and sensitivity models using excel / python for banking and derivative products. Develop end to end functionalities for modelling macro-economic factors and market prices like Interest rate, Credit Spread, FX, Commodities and Volatility. Develop project execution and product collaterals. Adhere to development standards and protocols mandated by product organization. Other important information: Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India Period of engagement: Full-time position Probation period: 6 months Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Leave: 22 working days a year.
