Drive sales and customer engagement through team motivation and service excellence. Requirements: 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager in a large-format luxury or jewellery store. Proven ability to handle large teams and heavy inventory efficiently. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
