Role Overview: As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be the voice and lens of Good Seoul online, capturing moments that make people crave more than just food. From sizzling Rapokki shots to real-time reactions / UGC campaigns, you’ll create scroll-stopping, culture-driven content that blends food, lifestyle, and creativity. If you live for trends, visuals, and storytelling, this role is your playground. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Curation: ● Conceptualize and create daily content (Reels, videos, photos, stories, and posts) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. ● Capture behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, customer interactions, food prep, and street-style vibes. ● Plan, shoot, short-form video content aligned with Good Seoul’s tone — bold, playful, and culture-forward. ● Curate and mood-board visual inspiration to keep storytelling fresh, trendy, and authentic. ● Shoot on-ground events and capture BTS. ● Food styling and videography skills are a big plus, as this role gives you the opportunity to go beyond conceptualization. You’ll be responsible for shooting both static and video content, making it a high-impact, hands-on role. 2. Campaign & Calendar Execution ● Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and creative teams to execute content calendars for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local events. ● Manage timely posting, scheduling, and social storytelling. ● Create visual narratives around menu drops, pop-ups, collaborations, and cultural festivals (K-pop, etc.). ● Ensure consistent brand voice and look across all social platforms. 3. Collaboration & Influencer Support ● Support influencer & creator collaborations — assist in shoot planning, content coordination, packaging videos, and repost management. ● Be present at events, shoots, and activations to capture dynamic on-ground footage. 4. Copywriting & Communication ● Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and scripts for Reels and videos. ● Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain visual-verbal consistency. 5. Insights & Growth ● Track engagement, views, shares, and reach — regularly analyze what’s working and what’s not. ● Stay on top of viral trends, formats, audio tracks, and storytelling styles — adapt them for Good Seoul’s unique identity. ● Pitch new content ideas, experiments, or series that help grow engagement and brand love. Key Skills & Attributes ● Excellent eye for food styling, composition, and visual storytelling. ● Strong at short-form video creation and design aesthetics. ● Knowledge of editing softwares (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects) is a plus ● Prior experience with DSLR shooting and lighting ● Organized, self-driven, and creatively resourceful under tight timelines.
