With a strong customer base and growing digital presence, we are seeking a skilled Website & Ads Manager to enhance our online platforms, drive traffic, andsupport overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:Website Management- Manage, update, and optimize company websites (Shopify, WordPress). - Ensure smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness. - Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations. - Should have knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements.Digital Advertising & Campaigns- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), - YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. - Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. - Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights.SEO & Content Optimization- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. - Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and - implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI/UXAnalytics & Reporting- Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta - Business Suite, and YouTube Studio. - Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.Graphics & Creatives- Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). - Collaborate with creative/design teams for advanced requirements.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field. - 2–3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management. - Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress. - Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console). - Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns. - Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). - Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades. - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full - time (on-site)
