Job Description

Compensation: ₹7–8 LPA (CTC) Experience: 3+ years (mandatory) Education: Major in Computer Science (mandatory) What you’ll do • Drive end‑to‑end, performance‑led programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, Native, and CTV • Manage large‑scale buys on DV360 and The Trade Desk (TTD); optimize to ROI/CPA/CTR goals • Execute and optimize across Yahoo DSP, Adform, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) as needed • Own audience segmentation, first‑party data activation, and smart bidding strategies • Troubleshoot delivery issues, optimization escalations, and tracking gaps to maintain flawless execution • Act as the primary ops stakeholder with Account Managers, Sales, and Client Success to ensure outcomes • Join client strategy discussions; provide tactical recommendations and technical troubleshooting that move the needle What you bring • 3+ years in Ad Operations / Programmatic (applications without this won’t be considered) • Hands‑on across DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, Adform, CM360, Trade Desk • Experience working with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and ad networks • Background spanning ad trafficking → advertiser account management → campaign management • Strong technical knowledge of ad‑server integration (tags, floodlights/pixels, VAST/VPAID, MRAID, macros, viewability/fraud basics, discrepancy analysis) • Solid collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable outcomes Nice to have • Exposure to brand safety/verification stacks, data onboarding/clean rooms, and advanced measurement Apply Email your resume to (CC: )
