We have been a trusted partner to global enterprises such as Applied Materials, Exxon Mobil, Flextronics, Nestle, Unilever, Whirlpool, and many othersOverview We are seeking a Business Process Lead for the Manufacturing (MFG) track within our Supply Chain Process Center of Excellence (COE) as part of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will drive the design and deployment of end-to-end manufacturing processes — including production planning, shop floor execution, and integration across supply chain and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, deep process expertise, and a track record of delivering transformation in complex, global environments.Key Responsibilities • Lead process harmonization across manufacturing operations, covering planning, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring. • Partner with global process owners and plant SMEs to define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis. • Ensure integration of MFG processes with Procurement (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory Management (IM). • Develop process documentation including flows, SOPs, and readiness deliverables to support global deployment. • Support system testing, data readiness, cutover, and go-live adoption activities.Qualifications • 8–10 years of consulting or manufacturing process experience, with deep expertise in production planning and manufacturing execution. • Previous consulting experience is required; experience with a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing transformation initiatives in large, global organizations. • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and change management skills. • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing, CPG, or Process Industries is required. • SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or PP/DS experience is a strong plus.Additional DetailsLocation: RemoteEducation: Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Start Date: ASAP
