Job Title: Associate Consultant – Orthopedics Location: Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh Qualification: MS (Orthopaedics) + Fellowship in Spine Experience: 2–5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Associate Consultant with expertise in managing musculoskeletal and spine conditions , including joint replacement surgeries (knee and hip) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality orthopaedic care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for orthopaedic, spine, and musculoskeletal disorders . Perform and assist in joint replacement surgeries (knee, hip) and spine procedures , ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Work within a unit-based system to ensure coordinated and continuous patient care. Conduct regular inpatient rounds (morning and evening). Assist and independently perform surgical procedures in the operation theatre (OT) . Attend OPD consultations and manage orthopaedic and spine-related emergencies . Participate in on-call duties every alternate day and on Sundays, as per rotation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient management. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in orthopaedic surgical techniques , especially joint replacement (knee, hip) and spine surgeries . Strong clinical acumen and effective patient communication skills. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to high standards of ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered medical care.
