HR Operations & Administration • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation • Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processingPlant Manpower Management • Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deployment • Manage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers) • Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline⚖ Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws: Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc. • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation • Handle factory inspections and audits (internal/external)Employee Relations & Engagement • Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution • Foster a positive industrial relations climate at the plant • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programsRecruitment & Training • Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforce • Organize induction and onboarding programs • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programsAudit & Reporting • Prepare HR MIS reports: attrition, headcount, leave, etc. • Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
