Drive café-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety. Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI. Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs. Qualifications ✅ 3–7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee/QSR brand experience). Required Skills ✅ Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI). ✅ Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards. ✅ Excellent facilitation and communication skills. ✅ Proficiency in Kannada language is a must. ✅ Location: Rest of Karnataka & Kerala Preferred Skills We are seeking professionals who already have experience working in the coffee industry.
