R esponsibilities Assist in posting job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams Maintain recruitment trackers and update documentation regularly Support onboarding processes and candidate communication Collect feedback and contribute to improving hiring workflow Requirements Students or recent graduates in HR, business, or related fields Good communication skills in both English and Hindi Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and email Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
