MBA/PGDM in HR. 7-12 years of HR experience, at least 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits. Experience in managing HR operations in a mid to large-scale(2-5K Employees) organization with global exposure preferred. Strong knowledge of HR Operations/Shared services , onboarding, BGV, C&B, Benchmarking, HR Statutory, Payroll, HR Audits and Exit. Hands-on experience with HR operations and ticketing systems. Benchmarking Policies, Policy Formulation and Policy roll out using HR Systems Proficiency in HRMS systems - preferably Darwinbox / ZingHR / ZoHO. Help driving organization wide benefits – Medical Insurance related and system implementation driving enrolment and participation Strong knowledge of HR Processes – Onboarding to Separation, Employee Leave and Lifecycle processes, BGV Process implementation Ability to work in a global HR operations environment – APAC. Good in analytical, problem-solving, and HR data interpretation skills. Good in Excel, Power BI.
