About the Role Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and industrial infrastructure , is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality systems across design, fabrication, and project execution stages. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on ensuring excellence — from raw material inspection to site erection — and who can implement systems that drive zero-defect manufacturing and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control quality in fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and final assemblies Lead internal audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Establish quality plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and inspection checklists for each project. Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and client requirements Manage calibration of instruments and ensure traceability of records Conduct supplier quality assessments and vendor evaluations Train and mentor QA/QC personnel at plant and site locations Generate and maintain all documentation required for project handover and certification Requirements B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within PEB, steel fabrication, or industrial construction Strong knowledge of IS codes , welding standards, and inspection methodologies Familiarity with ISO 9001, NDT methods, and fabrication tolerances Excellent analytical and reporting skills Ability to lead teams, enforce systems, and collaborate across departments
